I needed to relocate my family from BC to ON. The Kosticks were a tremendous help with this process. | Very recently my wife and I made the decision to sell our house that we have been in for 42 years. As we are both in our 70's, we were not looking forward to the stress involved. We were given your names by a neighbor who told us that you were highly recommended. At out first meeting with you, were were amazed by how well prepared you were. You talked in depth about all of the comparable houses listed and sold in our area, as if you visited each property personally. At this point we felt very comfortable. You went through our house, very thoroughly, & said that the price we had suggested was too low and that our house was definitely worth more, and we used your price.
